Women 100m Breaststroke at Beijing Summer Games is one of the popular events in the Summer Games. It is also included in the Beijing Summer Games 2008, in the swimming category. There are several other Olympics Swimming Events that are held in the Summer Games like butterfly, individual medley, backstroke, freestyle and several types of relay races. During the 1968 Summer Olympics, Women 100m Breaststroke was first introduced. From then on, this event has gained immense popularity.
