The 2014 Sochi, Russia is going to be the host for the twenty second or the XXII Olympic Winter Games. This competition is expected to attract the attention of large numbers of sports lovers from far and near. The city of Sochi in Russia was selected through polls in the sessions of the IOC or the International Olympic Committee in Guatemala.
The Winter Olympics in 2014 Sochi, Russia, is expected to be one of the biggest events of winter sports in the recent years and followed by a large number of people. This edition of Winter Olympics is expected to take place in Krasnaya Polyana apart from the Sochi Olympic Park, Olympic Centre and others. The opening ceremony of the Olympics will be held on the 7th of February in 2014, while the closing ceremony will take place on the 23rd of February of the same year.
