For a long time, the North Korea History is seen to be undergoing different political, economic and social scenarios that had affected the entire nation and brought a drastic change among the life of North Koreans.
On 9th September, 1948 the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, DPRK came into active operation. This new government announced itself to be the official government body of the entire Korea. The DPRK had been under control of the Soviet-ruled northern parts of Korea, and Pyongyang became its actual capital. Thereafter in 1945 Soviet forces entered the territory of Korea and Since the entry of Soviet forces in 1945, a provisional government structure had been put up in the occupation zone with Kim Il-sung being the prime minister of the DPRK. This DPRK also underwent several crucial changes that affected the North Korea History.
While talking about the North Korea History we should not missed out to speak about the Korean war. This war broke out as a civil war and was fought between 1950-1953. It started when North Korea attacked South Korea and started expanding with the course of time. In this war North Korea got unquestionable support from the People's Republic of China.
After the completion of this historic event of Korean war, Kim became actively involved in North Korean politics, getting the support from the armed forces.
