The North Korea Poverty can be viewed without any effort in the downtowns of North Korea. The North Korea poverty is a continuous situation of awe for the entire humanitarian world since the birth of the State of North Korea. In the post Korean War (1950 - 1953) North Korea was formed. The political leaders of North Korea adopted the policy of communism after the birth of North Korea in contrast with the Republican policy adopted by South Korea. But a tourist cannot feel the awful situation of the North Korea Poverty if he/she restricts himself/herself to the confinement of the capital of North Korea, Pyongyang. Like any capitalist State, Pyongyang hosts marvelous constructions like the May Stadium. This stadium hosted the Arirang festival to celebrate the birthday of the North Korean leader Kim II-sung in the year of 2002. The festival witnessed laser shows amidst the 200 meter wide computer screen in the May Stadium.
But the story does not end here. The North Korea poverty lies a little away from the pomp and grandeur of the North Korea capital. The minor children can be seen in cutting the remains of the rice harvest with sickles. The North Korea poverty does not afford them to play or study at such a tender age. The carts are seen on the streets of the downtowns. They are not only pulled by horses and bullocks, but very inhumanly by the humans. To overcome from the starvation, the old people search for edible plants on hillsides. Men are often found to search for gold in streams of North Korea.
The North Korea poverty has furthered up by the devastating floods that happen frequently and destroy a big portion of the irrigable land. North Korea has witnessed famine many times that even led to the cannibalism in the society
