- Soo Jeung Kwa Recipe (Persimmon Punch) - This punch is an ideal drink during any holiday or family gathering. This drink is prepared with water, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and persimmons – and present a refreshing punch with basically fruit ingredients.
- "Hwachae" is a pure Korean fruit punch and one of the most nutrient enriched drinks around. Fresh fruit is dipped in water and sugar, and then garnished with pinch of cinnamon and pine nuts.
- Boricha – Popularly called the Roasted Unhulled Barley Tea Recipe. Koreans traditionally drink "Boricha" with almost all of their meals. This barley tea is actually served chilled or freshly brewed. This drink is neutral in taste.
- Shi'ke or Sweet Rice-Malt Drink Recipe - Made from malt flour, rice and sugar this drink is sweet yet a very refreshing drink. Very popular in the summers, Shi'ke after a meal or sometimes as a snack during the day is very lovable.
- Traditional Liquors and Wines – Particularly five varieties are famous,they are yakju which is refined pure liquor fermented from rice, soju is a distilled liquor while takju is unrefined liquor fermented from grains and fruit.
Korea uses rice as its staple food and has invented unique alcohols since years. Its alcohol-making history is legendary that has vivid descriptions in famous books like Gosijip, Sallim-gyeongje, Gyuhapchongseo, and Imwonsipyukji. Although several recipes are not in to recent use, there are also instances where many age-lost traditional alcohols have been renovated and are served and thoroughly enjoyed by younger generations.
