The objective of the Nigerian embassy is to maintain the foreign relations of the country and also look after the consular services. All queries regarding visas and passports regarding Nigeria are clarified from the consular service offices. Foreign relation issues are also taken care by the embassies. As such, Nigeria had been under the British rule for long and the post colonial relation of the two countries is important for a smooth progress of Nigeria.
