Ilorin

Ilorin is a Nigerian city to the southwestern part of Nigeria, which is the capital of Kwara state. The city is truly metropolitan in the in terms of races that reside in the city, Nigeria, as in most African countries is home to large variety of tribal people and indigenous people. The population of the Ilorin city varies from Yoruba, Baruba, Fulani to Nupe, Igbo and Hausa. Also, the religions differ. While some follow Christianity, others follow Islam and certain others have retained their traditional native religion. Religion in the city, plays an important part. The Unite Missionary Theological College and the The College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies in Adeta Area are the two most significant.

TRANSPORTATION TO ILORIN

Ilorin is well connected by roadways to most cities of the Ogun, Ondo, Lagos,
Osun, Oyo Ekiti, Kaduna, Niger and Plateau are well connected by roadways to the Ilorin city. Conveyance in the city for the purpose of touring is recommended by cabs. Even car can be hired and most motels give the facility of hiring. The city has airport and the airways connect the city to other cities of Nigeria. Lagos, Jos and Abuja are among the few cities that are connected. Actually, not many of Nigeria's cities have airport facility.
