The Television industry in Nepal is very vigilantly designed and well recognized television system is part of the country’s nationwide legacy. The preponderance of the television programs in Nepal TV that are held in the country is in the Nepalese language but there are programs which are broadcast in English.
In Nepal TV there are at present four major television networks. They are Avenues TV, Image Channel, Channel Nepal, and Nepal Television. The majority of these television systems are enduring to develop, ever since their commencement. Various television associations of Nepal have now put up stations in different areas of the countries.

Private television channels in Nepal also include Kantipur Television, Avenews Channel, Sagarmatha Television and Nepal 1 Television. The channel Nepal 1 Television is broadcasted from India. The Image Channel in Nepal aims at delivering the finest of entertainment in all the homes of the country. The Image Channel presents to the viewers programming which is world class but topped with the local Nepal flavor.
