Nepal exports to Tibet wheat flour, rice, copper and ghee among many others. Payments are made through Interbank money transfers in standard form.
Tibet and Nepal share a common love of the Buddhist religion. Buddhism originated in Nepal. It then spread to many other parts of the world. The Buddhist religion present in Tibet owes its existence to the religious influence of its neighboring country Nepal. Tibetan preachers visit Buddhist religious places in Sikkim to impart knowledge of the Buddhist religion.
