Durbar High School



The Durbar High School is considered as the oldest yet modern school in Nepal. The Durbar High School is located in Ranipokhari in Kathamandu. It was established in the year 1892. The members of the royal family and the aristocrat families used to learn here. Since 1901, this school has been reopened for the citizens of the country.

The infrastructural facility of the Durbar High School of Nepal is highly modified. The rooms are quite spacious so as to accommodate a large number of students. Quality education is being imparted to the students by efficient and able faculties. Special emphasis is being given for computer teaching. A well built computer lab is available for this purpose. Apart from this a well stocked library is there to make the students equipped with all the reading materials.
