As per the report of the State Agency for Intellectual Property Protection (AGEPI), the Moldovan companies are not aware of the importance of trademark registration. In addition to this some companies in Moldova do not contain much financial resources and for that reason they gradually postpone the process of trademark registration. After organizing a survey the State Agency for Intellectual Property Protection has noticed that the companies of Moldova submit lees numbers of application to get the trademark registration.
