The town of Kita lies in the western part of the country of Mali. The latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates of Kita are 13°3’N and 9°28’60’’W respectively. It lies at an altitude of 392 meters above the sea level. This town is located on the eastern slope of the Kita Mountain.
