Tourists here can indulge in a number of water sports and other activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, fishing, mountain biking, yachting, bird watching and boat trips.
Makuzi Beach lodge is also noted for its many cuisines. The restaurant of this lodge too is so located that it overlooks the bay. The bar of this lodge lies in the midst of rocks and as such offers just the perfect ambiance to enjoy a drink. Besides, yoga classes are also held here for five days. The surrounding natural atmosphere in the Makuzi beach provides just the perfect environment for yoga. Found here are many bird species and as such bird watching is a delight here.
Makuzi Beach lodge also has its own cultural tours that gives guests the opportunity to go for tours around the neighboring villages. Besides, scuba diving and horse riding activities are also organized by this lodge. For scuba diving the lodge has tie up with the very popular Padi diving school.
The Lodge also makes arrangement for transfer of people from Lilongwe to Mzuzu.
