The town Mangochi is located between Lakes Malawi and Malombe. Mangochi is a home to number of twentieth century historical monuments, like the clock tower, a stone memorial, a modern Catholic Cathedral and a museum.

Blantyre is the commercial capital of Malawi.
Blantyre has a number of historical as well as cultural places of interest to offer the visitors of Malawi, which includes the original town hall, All Angels church, Mandala House, St Michael, the Museum of Malawi and Carlsberg Brewery.

Zomba is the former capital of the country Malawi. Zomba also has some interesting monuments and buildings which are also the examples of the cultural places of interest in Malawi. Zomba includes the Cobbe Barracks, memorial of the First World War, the Gymkhana Club, old Residency of the first commissioner of Nyasaland and many more.
