Covering an area of 55 hectares, Europos Parkas in Lithuania consists of a display of international achievements in modern art. A major tourist attraction in the country, the museum is a great crowd puller and is visited by approximately 60,000 people every year. This open air museum exhibits a vast collection comprised of more than 100 art works of artists from 31 countries of the world.
The collection consists of works of various contemporary artists like Sol LeWitt, Dennis Oppenheim, Magdalena Abakanowicz etc. It has been recognized by the Guinness World Records as the house of the largest artwork of television sets of the world. Europos Parkas of Lithuania is located in the lap of nature. The sculptures sit in the midst of lovely hills, grasslands with natural springs and beautiful woodlands.
