Kuwait human rights are granted to the people of Kuwait by which they are protected against any kind of discrimination. People of Kuwait are born with these rights. As such, the human rights of Kuwait are enjoyed by everybody irrespective of race, sex, culture, religion and status. The judiciary plays a significant role in protecting the human rights of the people of Kuwait. These rights are respected by the government of Kuwait.

Human rights, Kuwait guarantees respect for the integrity of a person which includes freedom from unlawful and arbitrary deprivation of life, freedom from arbitrary arrest and detention, disappearance, arbitrary interference with privacy, freedom from torture and other inhuman treatment, denial of fair public trial, freedom from arbitrary interference with family, home or correspondence.
Freedom of speech and press is guaranteed to the people of Kuwait.
Freedom of peaceful assembly and association is another important human right of Kuwait.
Freedom of religion has also been guaranteed to the Kuwaitis.
Freedom of movement within the country, foreign travel, emigration and repatriation is observed under the Kuwait human rights section.
The citizens have the rights to change the government of Kuwait.
A person cannot be discriminated on the basis of race, language, social status or sex in Kuwait.
Kuwait human rights also guarantees right of association to the working class. The workers have the right to organize unions. They enjoy the right to bargain collectively. A prohibition on forced labor is there in Kuwait.
