The Kenya People are colorful, vibrant and fun loving. The vivacious culture and traditions of the Kenyan people is the proof behind their jovial spirit and simple lifestyle. The population of Kenya is a combination of forty two ethnic African tribes, Indian immigrants and the Arabs who had come during the medieval ages. The African Kenya People can be divided into three main groups namely Bantu, Nilotic and Cushitic. These segregations are done on the basis of the languages spoken by the people. There are also some other ethnic groups which are a part of the population of Kenya. Those tribes are Kamba, Luo and Luhya. The Kenya People are mostly followers of Christianity and the prevalence of Protestantism is more than the Roman Catholicism. The population of Kenya is distributed in the cities and rural areas. The population in some of the cities of Kenya like Nairobi and Mombasa are significantly high.
