Travel Osaka

Osaka , the second most important city of Japan, has a number of travel destinations . Osaka was for a long time the the business center of Japan. Though at the present time it is not so but it has many other attractions in itself that draws a wide number of visitors every year. Osaka was an important place through out the historical periods of Japan and still is one of the very important cities in the country. Naturally, travelers coming from all around find lots of tourist spots and travel destinations to pay a visit.

Osaka has a number of travel destinations to keep the travelers busy and have a good time in Osaka. There are many historical places in Osaka to visit. • Sumiyoshi Taisha : This is a Sumiyoshi shrine in Osaka that can be found in many other places all over Japan. But what makes this shrine most attractive is its age. This shrine was established in the 3 rd century and the oldest Sumiyoshi shrine in Japan. It worshipes the Shinto goddess Kami. Its structure is purely Japanese. This shrine is in the southern part of Osaka.
• Osaka Castle : This is another must visit places in an Osaka tour. This historical castle bears with it many historical associations. This castle is reconstructed very recently. Inside the castle there is a museum also to provide the travelers with information about the castle.
• Minami: This is one of the city centers in Osaka that is famous for a number of shopping malls and arcades. Minami is located near the Namba station and has many attractions within it like the Amerikamura, Nipponbashi Den Den Town etc.
