Vicenza Italy is eminent for it gracious churches, splendid palaces and other magnificent architectures designed by the renowned architect Andrea Palladio. Vicenza or Vicentia is the capital city of Vicenza Province, in the north of Italy, in the Veneto region, situated at the connecting point of Bacchiglione and Retrone Rivers. Vicenza Italy is the centre of commerce and chief manufacturer of iron and steel, textiles, processed food and chemicals in Italy. The city of Vicenza still witnesses the remnants of the 13 th century wall surrounding the town reminding the onlookers of its glorious past.

Andrea Palladia was solely responsible for transforming the city of Vicenza, endowed the city with architectural riches and improved its appearance. While strolling around the city one has to admire his public buildings, the "Loggia del Capitaniato", the Palladian Basilica, the Villa Capra and the residences of the Porto, Barbaran and Thiene families. The city of Andrea Palladio, Vicenza, was listed in the UNESCO's World Heritage to respect his contribution in architectural treasures.

Vicenza is acknowledged as the city of Gold. Three international trade fairs are organized in Vicenza pulling thousands of people from worldwide. From Vicenza one can visit the Bassano del Grappa a prosperous economic and cultural zone on the Brenta river. The frescoes on the exterior walls of houses and edifices remind the visitor of the ancient role as a liaison between Venice and the world of Germanic empires. It has the famous "Wooden Bridge" by Bassano del Grappa. Other places worth visiting from Vicenza Italy are Marostica and Nove in the north and Recoaro Terme in the north – west.
