The health insurance company is headquartered in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, with operations being carried out in Seattle and Spokane, Washington, and Anchorage, Alaska. In June 2002, Premera had introduced a new approach to health plans called Dimensions and clearly assumed a leadership role in redefining and reinventing the way of providing health coverage.
