The Dance Company of Iceland was founded in the year 1973 by the National Theater of Iceland. It is one of the renowned dance groups in the North Atlantic. The performers of Icelandic Dance group has worked with leading choreographers of Europe's and got worldwide exposures to various dance form. The team of dancers usually consists of 12-14 people and all of them are classically trained and have maintained their individuality. Iceland Dance company was the first troupe who came to Beijing after China and they mutually signed an agreement to promote the cultural exchange between the two countries. Icelandic dancers has subjects and performance for every occasions and they charm the Icelanders and guests with their keen dancing skills
