Hungarian national football team is most renowned for its players on different sides of the football field. The Hungarian strikers and defenders completely revolutionized the game of football. The Hungarian national football team was the runner-up team twice in the World Cup and has won gold three times at the Olympic games, in the year 1952, 1964 and 1968. The Hungarian football team was invincible during the 1950's and 1960's era. In the present times, however, the Hungarian national football team is not at its best phase but it is slowly shaping up to its previous form and glory.
