Deutsche Bank Championship
The par-71 Tournament Players Club of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts is home to the Deutsche Bank Championship since its inception in 2003. It has been a part of the US PGA Tour calendar since then and is held on the Labor Day weekend. It will become a part of the FedEx Cup from 2007. The Tournament Players Club of Boston offers players all the challenges and enjoyment that the game can offer.
Tiger Woods won here in 2006 beating Vijay Singh by one stroke. The tournament had a purse of $5,500,000 with Woods getting $990,000. From 2007, the total prize money will be increased to $7,000,000 with the winner getting $1,260,000.

Tournament schedule and tickets
The 2007 Deutsche Bank Championship will be held from 28 August-3 September. It has been preponed by one day so that it can end on Labor Day.
Deutsche Bank Championship is a relatively new tournament but it has been able to attract the top golfers, like Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh, to it. As we continue on this tour we will learn about the other tournaments in the US PGA Tour.
