Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger

The Highlands Meadows Golf Club in Sylvania, Ohio has been hosting the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger since 1987. Before that the from 1984-87 it was held at the Glengarry Country Club. The tournament, founded in 1984, has been a part of the LPGA Tour since then. In 1984 the tournament was known as the Jamie Farr Toledo Classic. Its name has been changed many times since then but the sponsors have remained the same. Here is a list of those names:

The 2006 Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger was won by Mi Hyun Kim in a playoff. Natalie Gulbis led initially but Kim leveled the scores to force a playoff. The winner received $ 180,000 out of the tournament's purse of $ 1.2 million.
