Bank of America Championship Georgia-Pacific Grand Champions

The Bank of America Championship Georgia-Pacific Grand Champions was cancelled this year due to incessant rains. It is played annually at the Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, Massachusetts. The meet was first played in 1981 and since then has been part of the Champions Tour . A host of top players have competed here. Due to changes in sponsors, its name has been changed many times. It was originally known as the Marlboro Classic.

The reigning champion at the Bank of America Championship Georgia-Pacific Grand Champions is Mark McNulty who won here in 2005. He had won via the playoff and won $240,000 in prize money. The 2006 edition had a total prize purse of $ 1.6 million but it had to be cancelled due to inclement weather.

Only Chi Chi Rodriguez has the honor of winning the Bank of America Championship Georgia-Pacific Grand Champions thrice. He had achieved this feat in successive years.
