The Seminole Golf Course , based on the Scottish links courses, is located on the Juno Beach, Florida .
History of the course
The Seminole Golf Course was designed by Donald Ross and was opened in 1919. The course is full water hazards keeping in mind the Scottish links courses. Some of the holes are placed in such a way that you will have to play alongside the ocean. The terrain is flat while the greens, which are fast, undulating and large, and tees are slightly elevated. The course was redesigned in 1947 by Dick Wilson while Ed Connor made some modifications in 1991.
