Loch Lomond
The Loch Lomond Golf Club is an exclusively private club on the shores of the Lochness Lake, in Luss, Dunbartonshire in Scotland .
History of the course
The Loch Lomond course is a relatively new course which opened its doors in 1993 amid much fanfare. The course is set on 600 acres of land and offers you a stunning view of the surroundings. On one side is the Lochness Lake while the mountains border it on the other side.
The pair of Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf has designed the course and has done a remarkable job. Barring a couple of holes, every hole is isolated from the rest. The course does not play any tricks on you as all the hazards can be viewed from the tee point. The course, measuring 7,100 yards, is a little tough on an average golfer.
Course Trivia
