History of the Course:
The Ullna Golf Club is located on the banks of the picturesque Lake Ullna, in the Akersberga Uppland region, near to Stockholm, Sweden's capital city. The 18-hole private country club course is a beautiful mixed parkland style course, subtly crafted amidst the lake and its streams.
The Ullna Golf Club was designed by golf architect Sven Tumba in 1981, with the course consisting of the American ‘target-style' layout.
The 6,135 metres, par 72 championship course of the Ullna Golf Club has its 18 holes winding through the streams. With quick sloping greens, fairways dotted by white sand bunkers, ditches, innumerable water hazards and the natural lakeside woodland surroundings, this course forms a formidable challenge to all levels of golfers.
The scenic Ullna Golf Club along with its excellent putting greens, fabulous playing conditions and tranquil surrounds, together make up for a wonderful year round golfing experience, beside the shimmering waters of the calm lake.

- The Championship Ullna Golf Course has been host to numerous golf events including the Scandinavian Enterprise Open on the European Tour (played between 1983-1987), World Amateur Eisenhower Trophy (1988), 2004 HP Open-Ladies European Tour with Annika Sorenstam of Sweden being the winner, SAS Invitational, with Tiger Woods being Captain of the International Team (1998-2001).
