History of the Club:

The Domaine de Sperone Golf Club is located in the southern point of the beautiful island of Corsica, near Bonifacio, France. The 18-hole magnificently designed course provides breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coastline, the Bonifacio Strait and tiny islands in the vicinity.

The Domaine de Sperone Golf Course was designed by legendary golfer and architect, Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1990.

The 6,106 metres, par 72 golf course of the Domaine de Sperone Golf Club is a masterpiece course crafted amidst land separating the sea and the natural bushland terrain. The 18-holes course is divided into two different layouts-

9 holes of Inland layout, (its front nines)
9 holes of Links layout, (its back nines)

The front nine inland holes of the Domaine de Sperone Golf Club are subtly crafted amidst natural Corsican bushland and pine trees. With adequate obstacles in the form of rocks, trees and terrain, these holes are demanding and test one's golf skill.

The back nines links holes are set on a rocky terrain, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. While its layout consists of typical links terrain, the narrow undulating fairways and links bunkering, and rocky spots along with the Mediterranean weather, proves to be a formidable challenge to all standards of golfers.

The Clubhouse of the Domaine de Sperone Golf Club offers various services including restaurant, bar, along with its exceptionally stunning landscape, which provides a unique, heavenly golfing experience, very rare to Continental Europe courses.
