History of the Course:
The Meadow Springs Golf Club is located near the coastal resort town of Mandurah and is set amidst natural open bushland.
The Meadow Springs Golf Course was designed by world renowned golf architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr. in1993.
The par 72, 6118 metre Meadow Springs Golf Course has a layout that consists of a well manicured course that weaves its way through the rising and falling terrain of the bushland environment. With vast fairways lined by huge 200 year-old Tuart trees, delicate rolling greens along with the occasional bunker, makes the Meadow Springs Course a unique golfing experience and easily comparable with Australia's best!
All the holes on the course are surrounded by natural bushland while a few run parallel. The Course also features an excellent drainage system making it an all-weather course and one of the best in Australia.
Course Trivia:
- Each hole being surrounded by natural bushland on the Meadow Springs Course, whilst playing, one can barely view the other players, creating a unique feeling of being alone in the wild.
- The Meadow Springs Golf and Country Club also provides various services and facilities such as conventions, meetings and fine dining or, weddings ceremonies at the private terrace; also at the private terrace, one can take in the panoramic view of the sunset on the golf course.
