Laguna Quays
History of the course:
The Laguna Quays Resort is situated on the picturesque Whitsunday Coast of Queensland's most exotic holiday destination- the Whitsunday islands. Created from natural bushland, its 18 hole Championship Golf Course at Turtle Point, is surrounded by tropical rainforests and provides spectacular views of the Great Barrier Reef, and is the only one of its kind amongst the entire Whitsundays. Together they serve up an enjoyable yet unique coastal golfing experience.
The Laguna Quays, Turtle Point Golf Course in Repulse Bay was designed by famous golfers and architects, David Graham and Gary Panks in 1992.
The par 72, 6366 metres Laguna Quays consists of a championship golf course set amidst natural bushland surroundings. Its layout consists of with well maintained greens, undulating tree-lined fairways dotted with cleverly crafted bunkers and innumerable water hazards to challenge all standard of golfers.
The18 hole Laguna Quays course is a beautifully designed course and also consists of 4 different tee areas. Each hole here has its own distinct characteristics and provides a unique golfing challenge amidst the native Australian bushland and tropical rainforest environment.

As per Australian Top 100 Golf Courses (2006 rankings), the Laguna Quays Whitsundays Resort Golf Course has been ranked as No. 25.
