Horizons
History of the Course:
The Horizons Golf Resort is located amidst the magnificent wetlands and surrounded by the sparkling blue waters and pristine white sandy beaches of the Port Stephens area.
The Le Meilleur Horizons Resort Golf Course was designed by renowned golf course architects Graham Marsh & Ross Watson and was opened for play in December 1992.
The par 72, 18 hole championship golf course of the Le Meilleur Horizons Golf Resort is surrounded by natural bushland while its layout consists of well-groomed undulating couch fairways, smooth and fast greens, 96 well-positioned bunkers and hazardous lakes; that makes it a tough but an exciting golfing challenge to all levels of golfers.
The 6187 metres Horizons Championship course features 4 par threes, 10 par fours and 4 par fives, but overall, there are four tees on the course to be enjoyed- namely the championship, members, resort and ladies; each one a different experience!
