On Creating World’s Largest Repository of Travel Infographics

It is essential that we dream. It is equally essential that we chase our dreams, and it is a little more than essential that we supersize our dreams and ensure they show up all achieved and done.

One such dream that makes us feel extremely proud of what all we have been achieving in Mapsofworld.com is The Travel Infographics.

The Dream: Everyone shares and talks about the travel content in a “travel magazine” or a “travel book” format but why can’t we talk travel through exciting infographics?

Chasing Our Dream: Four years and we are still at it. In these four years, we have ideated, conceptualized, planned, developed, and promoted almost 200 infographics. Each infographic details the city in a format, which is universal and in a language, which is easily understandable.

While at this project, we have tried to cover various destinations, not just the ones that are visited more, but have tried to cover regional favorites, too. We strive to place pins all over the world map and we would be glad if we place at least one pin every 1,000 miles on that map.

There is a lot, which the world has to show and there is a lot, which its people love to see. We, at Mapsofworld, are working hard to make this connect.
