The idea of building an all-Japanese team haunted the Japanese racer Aguri Suzuki. He conceived the idea of building the team Super Aguri. This is a considerably new team, which gives opportunities to young drivers. Their engine, which is manufactured in
Super Aguri F1 is Japanese team, which is named after its owner Aguri Suzuki. He was the first ever-Japanese racer to have participated in the Formula One Championship. Ever since he stood at the podium of Formula One he had a dream of establishing his team someday which would take part in the Formula One racing. It is an all-Japanese team with the owner, engineers and the drivers being all of Japanese descent. The NIPPON business house has helped the Aguri a lot to be able to establish themselves as the F1 team. Their headquarter is in Japan and it also has a branch in UK.

The logo of the team represents their motto and objective. It is in the shape of the alphabet "S" which in turn represents the shape of the racing track. “S” in Japanese stands for the throwing star of the Ninjas who symbolize power. It’s a blend of power and pace.

Super Aguri Drivers
There are three drivers driving for Super Aguri F1 team. They are:
- Takuma Sato – he is a rising talent who has had one year of F1 racing and looking forward to the second year of F1 race.
- James Rossiter- he is an upcoming talent on the race track
- Anthony Davidson – this is yet another new talent on the F1 circuit who is eagerly been awaited for.
- Yuji Ide – a young new talent racing in F1
- Sakom Yamamoto – he is another promising racer on the tracks
- Franck Monagny – the French driver driving for the team.
The Super Aguri team uses engines made by them. There are three types of engines each of which are of very high quality. The brand name remains the same only the model changes. The SA 05, SA 06 and SA 07 are all the creations of Super Aguri.
