Formula One Grand Prix is the highest tournament in the motor car racing genre. It is also known as
Formula One, Grand Prix or simply as
F1. The history of

Grand Prix dates back to the 1920s and the 1930s. However, it had evolved from the
Grand Prix motor racing which was founded in France in 1894. After reaching the stage of
Formula One racing from
Grand Prix, the sport had a number of new rules set for it after the World War II.

The rules of the sport are decided by the FIA or the Federation Internationale De L’Automobile. The Formula One Grand Prix is sometimes confused with the Formula One World Championships. The two differ markedly though the Formula One Grand Prix is no less important than the World Championships.
