2008 Formula One Venues

2008 Formula One Venues are 18 in number and they are all decorated very nicely to welcome the cars along with their drivers and their teams. The venues are scattered all over the world and every track has its uniqueness. The Monza track is the fastest among all the tracks and there are two other incorporations in the list of the tracks namely, Singapore street track and the Valencia circuit in Spain.

2008 Formula One Venues are some of the world's most beautiful places. Eighteen places have been selected by the FIA as the 2008 Formula One Championship venues. The Singapore venue and the Valencia Venue are two new additions to the list and the circuit is a street circuit. The German circuit and the Italian circuit are some of the oldest circuits in the history of Formula One Championship. This time, unfortunately, the US race circuit that is the Indianapolis Motor Speedway has been eliminated from the list of the circuits hosting the Formula One Championship.

2008 F1 Circuits

The Formula One Championship will begin at the Australian circuit in Melbourne on 16th March and will end at the Brazilian circuit on 2nd November. The names of the venues along with their race tracks are enlisted below:
  • Australian Grand Prix will be held at the Albert Park in Melbourne on 16th March
  • Malaysian Grand Prix will be held at the Sepang International circuit in Kuala Lumpur on 23rd March
  • Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix will be held at Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir on 6th April
  • Spanish formula One Grand Prix will be held at the circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona on 27th April
  • Turkish Formula One Grand Prix will be held at the Istanbul Park Circuit in Istanbul on 11th May
  • Monaco Grand Prix will be held at the Monaco F1 Street Circuit in Monte Carlo on 25th May
  • Canadian Formula One Grand Prix will be held at the Circuit Gilles-Villenevue in Montreal on 8th June
  • French Grand Prix will be held at the circuit Magny Cours Nevers in France on 22nd June
  • British Grand Prix will be held at the Silverstone Circuit in Silverstone on 6th July
  • German Formula One Grand Prix will be held at the Hoeckheimring in Germany on 20th July
  • Hungarian Grand Prix will be held at the Hungaroring Circuit in Budapest on 3rd August
  • European Grand Prix will be held at the Valencia Harborside Street circuit in Valencia on 24th August
  • Belgian Formula One Grand Prix will be held at the Spa Francorchamps in Spa on 7th September
  • Italian Formula One Grand Prix will be held at the Autodromo Internationale di Monza on 14th September
  • Singapore Grand Prix will be held at the Singapore Street Circuit on 28th September
  • Japanese Grand Prix will be held at the Fuji Circuit on 12th October and another race will be held at the Shanghai International Circuit on 19th October
  • Brazilian Grand Prix will be held at the Interlagos Circuit Carlos Pace in Sao Paulo on 2nd November
Thus, the circuits are all waiting for the beginning of the world's greatest event- the speed sport, Formula One Championship.
