Magyar Nagydij, 2008 is the race track in Hungary at which the Hungarian Grand Prix will be held.
The Track
The track is a dry and dusty one. It is also narrow and has a number of loops. Due to the scarcity of space on the tracks the cars are often seen trailing behind each other unable to overtake. The circuit was modified in 2003 to make more space for the cars. There have been several record-breaking performances on this track by the legendary F1 drivers since this has always remained a difficult track. The racers had adopted various strategies to ensure a win on this race circuit.
the Race Calendar
The race will take place in Hungary on the 3rd August, which is a Sunday at 14:00 hours. But before that three practice sessions will be held at the race track on 1st August and 2nd August. The timings of the race are:
- The first practice session will be held on Friday, 1st August from 10 in the morning to 11:30 in the morning.
- The second practice session will be held from 14:00 hours to 15:30 hours on the same date and day
- The third practice session will be held on Saturday, 2nd August from 11 in the morning to 12 in the noon. The qualifying round race will be held from 2 in the afternoon.
the Availability of Tickets
The tickets are available from the counter at the circuit. The galleries have different names like gold, silver, bronze and red bull according to the prices of the tickets. The prices range from £326 to £88. The races are mostly held during the weekends. There is a provision of free parking for the grandstand gallery and a special offer is in vogue for the silver and the bronze gallery. Id cards are mandatory while entering into the circuit and people below 18 years of age can get an entry with the children tickets. The tickets for the race will be available till the 14th of July.
