German Grand Prix 2008









German Grand Prix 2008 is being eagerly awaited by the people of the world since it is a part of the biggest event of the year, Formula One Championship. The German race course has witnessed many races over the past 55 years. This year also it is going to be no exception.Past Winners of German Grand Prix
The veterans as well as the novices would fight it out to win the battle of speed.

German Grand Prix 2008 is taking place at the Hockenheimring circuit. The race starts from 18th July and continues for the next two days till 20th July. This is the 55th time that the German Grand Prix is being held at this circuit. The races will take place alternately at Hoekheinmring and Nurburgring circuits this time and also for the next couple of times.

The Race Schedule


The 2008 German Grand Prix will commence from 18th July. The schedule for the race is given below:
  • 18th July, Friday- practice session for the drivers will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:30 in the first half and in the second half from 14:00 PM to 15:30 PM.
  • 19th July, Saturday- the third practice session will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00. The qualifying test drive will be held from 14:00 PM and the names of the drivers would be announced.
  • 20th July is the D-day when the racers will compete against against each other. The race will begin from 14:00 PM
