Finland Ski has changed its status from being an everyday utility means to an occasional equipment for leisure and sport. The most important skiing centers in Finland are Levi, Pyha, Ruka, Yllas, Helsinki and Saariselka. Finland offers a fabulous and the most suitable cross country and alpine locations for skiing because of its frosty weather, clear white snow and rarely found avalanches.
