The judiciary is an independent decision making body in the politics of Finland. The judiciary comprises a total of two fully functioning legal systems. The two systems are the regular courts and the administrative courts. Any official decision may be contested in the administrative courts. The President of Finland has unique administrative power in politics in Finland. The President has absolute oversight powers relating to national security. The President also determines the foreign policy of the country. The citizens of Finland enjoy political and individual freedom of thought and action. Labor problems are almost absent in the Republic of Finland.
