surf camps of Fiji are located on the island of Viti Levu and Kadavu. These spots have very little crowd and provide good surfing. Surf camps are located on Yanuca island also. Natadola beach is suitable for body surfing. The largest breaks are present in Sigatoka though here one has to be careful of the undercurrents which are quite risky.
The best time to surf is from April to December. Warm and clean water, a lot of surf, less crowd and mesmerizing scenic beauty make Fiji an ideal surfing ground. Accessibility and tides are significant factors that should be taken into account while surfing in Fiji especially because Fiji is home to the third largest barrier reef of the world. But there is nothing more sensational than surfing the Fiji reefs.
