Cricket in Estonia is still in its naive state of development. The Estonian Cricket Team is yet to receive the International Cricket Council or the ICC's official endorsement. The team belonging to the Cricket of Estonia, however, has applied for the post of an active member of the European Cricket Council.

Jason Barry is both the coach of the team of Cricket in Estonia and the President of the Estonian Cricket Association. Jason Barry also has acquired the world record of the most numbers of countries that are played in by a single person.
