In 1982, the El Alsson School was set up. Initially, it started its operation instructing students the national curriculum of Egypt, whereas, in 1992, a section begun instructing the students on the British course of study. This led El Alsson School Cairo to become one of the first Egyptian schools to provide a British educational course from Stage 1 Foundation to GCSE, AS and A-Level.
Again, in 2004, the school founded an American Section of K - 12. Even now the National section is available at the primary stage.
