There are three mobile networks operating in Egypt with 14.8 million customers. Internet facilities are also provided at low costs. The e-government intends to change the country into an information technology centre for which a hub for international companies is being set up. Postal services in Egypt are available all the days except Fridays. Domestic airmails are posted in the red mailboxes, while overseas mails are posted in the blue ones. Letters are sent through express mail service, registered posts or private couriers.
