Business Visa Rules for Egypt are as follows:
- A visitor can also apply for a Business Visa for a stay of not more than one week after arriving at the Egypt entry ports. However, the land borders of Egypt do not issue business visas.
- Visitors can apply for an Egypt Business Visa, which is generally issued within three months. The visa allows a stay not more than 30 days. This is applicable for a single entry to the country. A double entry Visa can be issued as well, but for this, the visitor has to show the detailed itinerary that indicates two entries to the country.
- A registration process is necessary to be completed on arrival at Egypt. This is applicable for all visitors. Visitors have to inform police and the immigration department within a week of their arrival at Egypt.

If the visitor fails to perform this duty, he/she has to pay a fine while departing from the country. Tour operators and hotels also complete this registration process for a visitor. The visitors can verify this by the registration stamp that would be present in the passport.
- Egypt Business Visa registration process can be done at the Mugamma building at Cairo by the visitors themselves. This process is completely free of cost and takes very little time to be completed. The registration process can also be completed at the Passport Registration Office in Alexandria.
