Fanny Carrion de Fierro is a writer, literary critic, essayist and university professor. Fanny Carrion De Fierro got a Doctorate in Literature from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (Quito, 1981), along with a Master of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the Central University of Ecuador. Dr.Fanny Carrion de Fierrro has been a university professor at several universities in Ecuador and the United States of America. He has also been a visiting professor and Fullbright Scholar at Keene State College.
