Method Of Preparing Puerco Abodo:
Combine all the ingredients one by one in order, the jalapeno peppers, oregano, cumin garlic and vinegar. Make a fine Pureé by churning all the ingredients in a mixer or put them under a blender at high speed in order to make a fine paste. Marinading the chops for 24 hours allows the spices to mix with the flesh properly. However you can also condense the marinading time to 4 hours. Now add oil to the cooking pan and heat the oil. Bring the oil to a steam before you add the flesh mixture to the pan. Turn over from time to time and cook until golden brown, soft and done. You can also Grill the meat instead cooking. Your Puerco abodo is ready!
