Method of Preparing Llapingachos
First, the potatoes are boiled and peeled off nicely. Then, the potatoes are crushed into fine paste. Salt and pepper is then added to the crushed potatoes. This mixture is then formed into small balls and put in refrigerator. Then the sauce is prepared. Both the milk and onion should be slightly cooked for 10 minutes. Then, the onions are to be removed from the milk. Peanut Butter and salt is to be added to the milk. The whole mixture should be nicely boiled then, so that it turns thick. After the sauce is prepared, a mixture of cheese and scallion is to be made. This mixture is then stuffed up in the cooled potato balls which are then given flat shape. Now, the only thing remaining is to cook these balls. Fry these balls in over medium heat, until they turn brown.
