Labor Day in Ecuador celebrates the triumph of the labours over the capitalists.
There was no unity among the management and the working group. The history of Ecuadorian labor is full of labor movements, strikes and all such activities that were necessary in the period, to standardize the situation of the labor group. The labor group was the poorest among all the groups. The group then came together to form an organization, which decided to start the movement against the whole system. In this way the Ecuadorian labor movement started. This labor movement then resulted into the improvement in the situation of the labor situation.
The present Ecuadorian labor situation is fine. There is no such poverty among the labor group. The management and the labor group co-ordinate with each other for better production. The labor groups have the firm and stable support of the socialist groups.
Labor Day celebration in Ecuador is important because of all these reasons.
