Czech Republic is a country with immense natural resources. The country is blessed with nature's wondrous gifts. Adorned with snowy mountains, crystal clear lakes, perennial rivers, lush green meadows and dense forests, the Czech country boasts of paradisaical natural landscapes. However in this age of rapid industrialization, the growing pollution and receding green line are of great ecological concern. Thus the government of the country has become concerned about Czech ecology and nature preservation.
The Czech Ministry of Environment has joined hands with other non government organizations working on ecological preservations to stress for better ecological monitoring. The objective is to preserve not only the national parks and protected areas but also the botanical gardens, zoological gardens and other green patches. Czech Ecology and nature preservation also includes lessening of pollutions by reducing chemical and machinery emissions. The Czech Union for Nature Conservation and Czech Eco-Counseling Network are two of the leading ecological organizations in Czech Republic.
